D800E: 3300

Lenses:

Zeiss 21/2.8 Distagon: 1800

Nikon 28/1.8G: 700

Sigma 35/1.4: 900

Nikon 85/1.8G: 600 (I think - can't remember offhand)

Nikon 70-200/4: 1400

A little over-budget, and you'll still need a top end tripod, but that would be my recommendation for a landscape based kit that would be incredibly difficult to beat in terms of image quality for the next several years. If you need a wide zoom and prefer to work at the super wide end of things, the 14-24 can replace the Zeiss, although I think the Zeiss is a bit better at 20mm. If you prefer 24mm as your wide angle, get the Nikon 24/1.4G instead. All of the listed wide angles will require some learning/working around inherent issues on such a high rez body, so it will take some improvement in your craft as well before you master them. 36mp full frame is no joke when it comes to wide angles; none of the wides are perfect although the Sigma is closer than the others- more because 35mm is easier to design than the wider stuff.

Personally I run with a similar kit for landscape: D800E, Zeiss 21/2.8, Nikon 14-24, 24/1.4G, 28/1.4G, Sigma 35, Nikon 85/1.8G and the 200/2G, plus a 24-70 or 70-200/2.8 VR2 if I feel I'll need them.
