Are there advantages to X100s vs. (assumed next gen) X-E1 w/27mm pancake?

Being more specific...assuming the X-E1 gets updated with the same sensor, focus performance, focus peaking, and other new features as the X100s, and once the 27mm pancake lens is released, do you feel there are still advantages that make the X100s compelling?

The X-E1 w/pancake would have a similar FOV and form-factor (nice and compact) and presumably produce similar IQ. So, in terms of things the X100s would retain that the X-E1 wouldn't, there's of course the OVF. Are there other advantages to the X100s? And, in your opinion, would they be significant enough to still choose it over the interchangeable lens X-E1?

Context for my question is I'm 'in line' for an X100s, and have far too much time on my hands to evaluate my decision!
