Form ahead of function. Not a terribly brilliant criteria.
The m4/3 standard exists so that cameras and lenses are interchangeable. Full stop. Panny makes excellent bodies and lenses. Olympus makes excellent bodies and lenses. Pick the best pair for your hands and just go with it.
