Recommend a good video or article on color processing?

Hi all. I'm trying to understand how to get better at color, tone, contrast, etc, in post processing. My current skill level is limited to correcting the White Balance. Sometimes I play with contrast and tone-mapping but totally lacking methodology... results are inconsistent at best. Can anybody recommend a good article, video, or book on the topic?

I shoot a Nikon DSLR, Olympus mFT, and a Canon compact. I almost always shoot RAW. But even then, as you can imagine, shooting 3 different brands, the results can be inconsistent indeed. I'd like to get the same look on all my photos from these cameras.
