What adapter for a Tamron Nikon lens?

I'm looking at repurposing some of my Nikon gear for my Sony NEX-6.

I have the Tamron AF28-300mm Ultra Zoom XR Macro lens that I'd like to test out on my Sony. What adapter would I need to get that to work (and what functionality could I expect?).

Also, I have a Nikon SB-400 Flash that I wouldn't mind re-using as well. Is there an adapter for it that will provide full functionality?
