I don't know if it's just my own monitor; but your image looked relatively desaturated...which is very common for dusty days in India, Pakistan, Egypt, etc. So, I have *no* idea why someone would see your image as heavily post-processed.
Frankly, I am at a complete loss. Hopefully, the host himself will see this thread and will jump in with an explanation.
