On a limited budget which one would you choose??
I came a to a shortlist of these
23" LG IPS235P-BN (IPS monitor)
23" LG IPS237L (IPS monitor)
23" LG IPS235V-BN (IPS monitor)
24 Asus ML249H (VA monitor)
but any other suggestion would be sincerely appreciated
