This is a non-issue.
Aim just about any lens at a light source and you'll get flaring. The 7-14mm may be a bit more prone to flare simply because of the extreme angle of view.
I LOVE my 7-14mm!
I agree that it is a non-issue.
Just offering evidence that the issue is not specific to the E-M5 as many have been claiming.
