Just recently I installed SilkyPix that came with GH2. To my surprise, it works so well with Panasonic RAW files, that I stopped using all other RAW developers.

The only problem with SilkyPix: they use sometimes unusual vocabulary, but in week or so I no longer feel this cultural barrier.

Are you aware of the current offer ? A V5 Pro version of SE for Panasonic files only that costs about $45. There's definite improvements in V5 with HDR slider, improved noise fixing, cloning, highlight recovery, and a few other things, works better than the free SE version. 30 day free trial if in doubt.

I have used Silkypix since it first went English at maybe V2, very impressed at what it can do, easy to get good colours. The manual accessible via F1 is rather weird but it does cover everything, always best to start reading at Section 10, where they give a run-down on getting the best out of it.

Extra Tastes found here to play with but make sure to download the correct version.
