LensAlign/FocusTune

I bought the LensAlign and FocusTune package recently. I have no problem understanding and using the LensAlign set-up. However, I can't seem to get the FocusTune to "process" the images, once I import them onto the FocusTune screen. It repeatedly tells me that I have not selected a sufficient number of images to compare (I am using 10 images for the process). I suspect that I am not correctly importing the images. Is there some special way to bring the images into the FocusTune software (i.e.; must they only be imported by getting them directly out of the camera; or, can they come in from a program such as PhotoShop, or even an AOL pictures folder)? Thanks for any help.
