Panasonic FZ200 or FZ150 Video vs Nikon D5100 video

Hello, I will be buying a new digital camera in a few weeks, it will either be a Panasonic FZ150, FZ200, Canon SX50 or the Nikon D5100.  At present time I have it down to either the Panasonic or Nikon D5100, I work at Walmart and will get a 10% discount on whatever I buy, except for the Panasonic's.  I am wanting a camera that I can take very good quality video's with along with photo's, I was wanting to know if anyone had any experience with the Panasonics and the Nikon concerning video.  I like the Nikon that it has a very large sensor compared to the Panasonic, but I am aware that the Panasonic has a 2.8 lens and a smaller sensor.
