569 vs 539 T3i Kit Prices? Which Is Better?

I know what you might be thinking that the 539.00 is better (http://tinylink.in/BAndH ) Versus 569.00 (http://tinylink.in/Adorma )

I just wanna' know your thoughts. The Adorma's Refurbished price got a little higher one week ago. I'm guessing because the high volume of purchases, or less stock? I'm using this camera for photography and videos. Do I need to buy a 50 mm lens right now even if I'm a beginner to DSLRs? Thank you.
