I'm afraid they don't really work for me. The slow shutter speed blur is an interesting effect when used to enhance an already interesting image but with these shots there doesn't seem to be anything interesting beneath the blur. Street photography is about spotting and capturing an interesting event, expression, action or reaction in the sea of ordinary that flows past. If there isn't something interesting happening then a capturing a person who are themselves visually interesting also works.
In these shots I'm afraid I'm just seeing the flow, not the interesting events in the flow; and any interesting faces are at least partially obscured by the blur. Hope that makes sense. It is of course, as always, just my personal opinion.
