4900 - small printhead problem

Yeah, I tried that.  It's frustrating, but that one printhead just remains clogged.  The warranty people screwed up the order so I have to wait an extra day, but I'll still get fixed under warranty.

I'm happy that I bought the 2 year extension.  If I'm still using my printer near the end I'll renew it.
