First star shots

Hi guys,

I camped at a very remote spot in Death Valley over the weekend.  I was there to see a couple of sites I did not get too previously and to shoot some landscapes.  Once the sun went down and the stars came out, I couldn't help myself and decided to try a few shots of the very clear sky Saturday night.  These are the best shots that came of my experimentation.  I don't have a remote shutter switch and had to just hold the shutter button by hand for various lengths of time, but I was still amazed how they came out.  I think I could get into this.
