Best skin tone in CMOS sensor

Which camera has the most accurate skin-tone? My options are D7000, D5100, D3200 and D3100. I'm counting D90 out because it's too aged. And D300 is too pricey. Mainly the SOOC jpegs are to be considered. The RAW files can be manipulated to correct the skin tone, but it's quite a hectic process.
