In case you are tempted to continue pressing the point, there is something you need to know: I do not believe your descriptions of Foveon prints. It is simple as that.

I have Foveon cameras, I print everything of value, I have a 3 feet tall pile of prints sitting next to me. I see aliasing in prints, I see crunchiness in prints.  I see it in my Kodak files, I see it in my NEX 3 files, I see it in sample files from the Leica Monochrom that Jono Slack provided me with. I see it with my own eyes all the time.  You will not argue me out of that brute fact.  I cannot understand why others do not see it or do not care but I reluctantly accept it is a fact that they don't.

It comes down to what you like and dislike about a print, I guess. In other words, taste.
