Along with Digital - I have been using Rolleiflex 6x6 film cameras for years. They are natively square format rigs. Ive made a lot of sales just because they are square. You either love or hate the format.   You can always crop, but why...?  I have not converted to MF Digital but have, on many occasions, simply scanned those big negatives to pretty much any size and quality needed. Beyond 300+ MG files. WOW! Possibly a cheaper alternative. You can see still see the quality difference between those and today's digital (IMHO since I do use both).

There are used MF film and to save a processing step - digital MF kits on the market.  Under 10K?... dunno.
