Is cat ownership linked to mental health issues?

The "cute dog" is over 100 pounds and all muscle, who doesn't take any sht.    He is great protection at the studio and goes everywhere with me.  He has stopped three robberies here.  The one I had before (same breed) but even bigger, stopped three guys from holding me up and damn near killed one guy who was on the verge of hitting me from behind when I wasn't looking.  I'm sure you are familiar with the breed as it's from your country.

I admit though, Nemesis (the cat in the photo) was cool as sht.  Sadly he died three / four years ago.  His son 'Blotto' is here at the studio . . .  almost as big, but not quite the same attitude or vibe.  Nemesis commanded respect.
