Bag for skiing, hiking with E-M5

The way i handled carrying the camera when i was skiing at Whistler was wearing a think tank digital hoslter as a chest pack.  was not too bad that way and was easy to access when i wanted  to take any pictures.  This was with a panasonic G series camera so i was able to use one of the smaller ones.  with a larger camera this might not work as well.  Also would not be able to really bring multiple lenses unless they were fairly small
