D800 dust problem or not?

What do you think of this dust. When I was shooting in studio at F/5.6 i Noticed that big spot on the top of the image (on right). So I was curious how much dust is on the sensor. Am I paranoid? This looks like the D600 dust problem. Not on the left, but especially on the right side and only at the top of the sensor. First the green lcd (it can be corrected), then AF problems with D800 now dust. I think I have to go fishing or do something else.
