Oly does not have a 16mp body with a built in flash, so none of those can be 'best'.
G3 is the smallest 16mp body that has EVF (and flash) so that is a candidate for 'best'.
GX1 if no EVF is required to be the 'best'.
See how silly this contest becomes when 'best' is not defined, or not defined clearly ?
