I wasn't trying to be insulting, if someone felt insulted i apologize. There is no reason for me to be insulting and i did not intend to.

Zxaar, to a degree Aleo is restricted by his moderator status in how he can reply to you snide post, so I will reply.

Its not snide post, its reality. spend time around with various sites and you would see that there are people who do great work with their camera.  The color in post processing could be achieved and people are doing it for long time.

As far as color is concerned i can not think of single camera that can not shoot them because one can achieve color in post processing.

Why would you want to waste time doing PP when you can choose a camera which will do all/most of it in-camera for you?

But actually, I can think of several cameras that couldn’t do what Aleo posted and/or the operator (me) couldn’t manage it and didn’t wasn’t to waste my life sitting in front of a computer screen tweaking every single photograph.

Could you name 1 or 2 with post processing most of them could do. And I do not think what Aleo posted were all out of camera, very likely to be post processed.

Back when i used to spend time at dpc around in 2005 , 2006 etc there were people who shot better than what you posted with point and shoot.

I presume you won’t be insulted if I suggest your memory is not what it could be -- while not knocking the abilities of some people and the capability of some P&S cams. I took and sold lots of pix with the KM A300 asnd the Kodak P880, and I've taken some very nice pix with a Panny TZ7 and LX3, but at the end of the day you run into technical limitations with them.

that is true that there are technical limitations, but color is not that great a limitation if you are shooting out on a clear day you will be surprised what little points and shoots could do.

If we are talking about field of view then i give you that many camera which are restricted by lens could not have shoot the wide angle ones.

Well, goodness gracious me. A concession to reality.

again I am not trying to be insulting , but the truth is color is something could be achieved in post processing. It does require skill to post process though.
