It's in the save dialog as a size option.
This is not how I do large prints generally though. Instead I have been outputting at same size, upsampling in photoshop, then re-sharpening.
That's for the older cameras - for the Merrill cameras a 20x30 I would probably just send to the printer from a sharp original sized image.
I have been meaning to explore printing from double-size, I just have not had the chance to do so yet.
