Best kept secrets in tele lenses?

I second the recommendation.  For about $160 (USA prices), the Olympus 40-150mm micro 4/3 lens is amazingly good.  I almost always use it on a tripod for longer range, and stop down about 1 f-stop from wide open.  Highly recommended!  (Hint, buy one of the plastic hoods from China via an eBay vendor).
