Best kept secrets in tele lenses?

I see that the Oly 40-150mm lens seems well respected, especially for it's price.  Might I ask how the Panasonic 45-200mm m4/3rds lens might compare to it?  I could certainly use the extra 50mm over the 40-150mm.  But if it would be at the expense of lessor IQ, I'll stay with the shorter tele.
