RX100 - LCD cover scratched, replacement?

When I smashed the LCD on my A580 I paid several hundreds of dollars for Sony to fix it. I found some weeks later - to my horror - that I could have purchased one of ebay for under $40.

Check ebay, if you feel brave and would like to try and replace it yourself.
