i've selected manual focus on my nex-7. but pictures are coming blurry. what settings?

In manual focus, your hand (latin manus = hand) needs to do the focusing in coordination with your lens.

Even with an E-mount lens.

Just turn the lens ring and observe the image come into focus and get out of focus. Best with the peaking option set on.
