Convince me to buy into 4/3

One quick question..do you use RAW or JPGs for your still images, and what is your image processing workflow?  (For instance, I use both LR and CS6 for managing and processing my images.  I almost never use the images straight OOC, even JPGs.  However, what I do is not necessarily what anyone else does, so it would be useful to find out what kind of processing you do on a regular basis to your images).
