I have to agree. Completely.

I have been a mac user and (luckily) a stockholder for more than 15 years.

My father was told that the heat coming from the laptop he was using was normal. The fact that he couldn't use it on his lap without burning his legs, even though it was a laptop was not enough. He was told it is not a laptop, it is a portable desktop.

I think they have since changed their advertising.

True story.
