Thank you for your comment.I actually also like the last one because of the old verses the new architecture.However ,The Flatiron building is a historical site and I would have wanted a new building design that would be in harmony with the 1893 facade. in Toronto,  condo's are the rage and there is very little history left.greetings:John Basso.
