Editing an old RAW file with CS6

I am trying to re-edit a shot taken with my A700 and originally edited with CS5, with CS6 and can't get the CS6 RAW menu. There must be a setting which allows me to do this.

Also, Bridge used to open with the last folder being edited. Now it seems stuck on a folder edited months ago. How can I set it to open with the last folder being edited.

Any help would be appreciated
