A bit of help with Oly (E-PL3) files in LR, please? Cropped raws

I often shoot 3:2 aspect and RAW + LF jpeg,  and I notice the same problem when opening the ORF RAW in PS Elements 10 ACR.  The way around it is to first open the RAW in OV2, remove the crop lines, by making some minor RAW adjustment, after which OV2 asks whether you want to keep the crop (click 'no'), then reverse the minor change  and resave (as an ORF), which you can then open in  ACR  without any crop ie the full 4:3 size.

A bit more work but quick to do.
