Is there a way to publicly and permanently name and shame this "Francis John"? It would be nice if there was a way to warn his potential clients. If he feels free to screw other photographers over he is not likely to have many scruples about screwing his clients.

Before you start a campaign against this photographer you have no idea of the validity of the allegation nor of any circumstances that may have led to this (e.g. some web designer screwing up). Whatever you do may have consequences for the individual that cannot be undone even if you later turn out to be wrong and he didn't do anything wrong.

This is how lynch mobs start.

Well maybe you should have a lynch mob for him. If you check his address you'll see that it's a school in Canada, and not his studio or office. His whole site is a phony. Good job catching him, Wonder if the phone number is any good?
