About the subject: It's well known that, due to their vision, ants don't play chess very well. Note their confusion even about where the squares are, and what color the squares are. You can imagine their difficulties. So disputes about rules are quite frequent. To make things worse, the black one is winning.

You Can't Do That!

Technical note: I compiled the chessboard by blending textures found on the Internet. The ant picture is a crop from a Nikon D300 photo taken with the 18-200 lens. The overall image was split toned (blue/yellow) in Adobe Lightroom.
