They are all good that based on your priority.  If you want range and Canon, pickup Canon 15-85.  If you want constant F2.8 in low light, Sigma 17-50/2.8 OS is a better choice.  If you believe Canon 35/2.0 (old or new? the new 35/2.0 IS is much better) for low light, 15-85 maybe a better choice to you.

Personally I picked up Sigma 17-50/2.8 OS as regular walk-around lens on my 60D and complement with 70-200L/4.0 IS.
