This is a way too small image to work with and, especially, producing anything. Wouldn't it be better to start from scratch?

In any case, to remove the grey outline, pick the magic wand tool (or the select color function), and choose the white area. Expand 1-2 pixels (according to need), then clear. To clean the pink area, repeat procedure above but select the entire pink area. Then use something like Filters > Blur > Average
