First experiences with Minolta 17-35 D 2.8-4 and A99

Finally had the chance to try out the UWA Minolta with the A99 in the late afternoon and I can confirm Kurt Munger's review.

Stepped down to F8, the lens performs reasonably well, anything below is a bit hit and miss and not sharp enough... definitely not suitable for low light shooting. But for occasional landscape or other shots and good lights, stepped down to F8-F11, it is something to be recommended, especially when compared to the price of the CZ... So not regretting my 235 USD investment
