Olympus Zuiko 24mm f/2.8 - not quite focussing to infinity

I can't recall a report here of an adapter from quality mfrs. like Novoflex, Metabones, Voigtlander which was too short or too long. Certainly not Novoflex.

My Chinese adapter for Konica AR wouldn't focus to infinity. Can't fix that with shimming, and you can't explain that away the way you do for focusing beyond infinity. These devices are sloppily machined with wide tolerances, then apparently subjected to no inspection. QC costs money. That's one reason these things are cheap.
