simple question,which RAW converter has the best demosaic process?

which get the most detail out of the RAW file?

I think this is the most important aspect in RAW conversion and I am sure the very popular Lightroom is not the best

I just finish testing the DXO optics pro 8, while its distortion correction and maybe lens softness correction is excellent, the actual demosaic process is disapppointing

I am converting NEX-5N raw and for ISO 100 file with noise reduction turn off I am not getting any more detail compare with out of camera jpeg only more noise

This is definitely not good enough
