Installing SSD Drive and Copying/cloning old drive to new SSD?

Windows 7, 64 bit, 4 sata drives, Raid 10, total 1GB with Redundancy! P6t motherboard!

I'm thinking about getting the Samsung 840 Pro ssd, obviously this drive is much smaller than my current set up, but I haven't even used 200 GB if total space! I would like to move my current programs, Data, etc. to the new drive then Move my data to the regular Hard Drives!

Is this possible with the difference in the size of the OS Drive, along with all installed programs and Data then moving my data from the SSD to the Regular HD's, even tho they are different sizes and will this MB support the above ssd?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
