Thanks so much, Ray! I really appreciate the compliment as well as the history lesson. Growing up here, it's easy (believe it or not) to take the Gorge for granted sometimes. Having hiked in or driven through it at 70 MPH for the last 30+ years, I tend to forget that I'm in one the world's most scenic wonders. Something incredible, like Multnomah Falls, becomes more of a tourist spot to be avoided than anything. But, sometimes if I can get there early in the morning and have it all to myself, maybe only for 5 or 10 minutes, I can get reminded why it's so special. When I took these shots, I had a full 2 hours to myself before I saw another person. Pretty amazing and something I hope to repeat.

Cheers!!
