sorry, no ... DC is for aps-c reflex cameras, DG is for full frame reflex, DN is for mirrorless ... EX typically refers to better quality build ...
My question is if this is worth the wait, anyone have any sense for this. The price has dropped on the existing 30mm F1.4 EX DC HSM on Adorama and thats a good discount...unless the refresh is expected to be much better.
Any thoughts?
the discount is remarkable and the lens is known to be pretty good even before the price drop ... the new lens has a usb port that should allow for updates and adjustments and theoretically should be better than the current version in every way ... focus distance, magnification, focus accuracy, sharpness(?) ...
but that's what they say ... only testing will show for sure ...
whatever works for you ...
