'The Pill' - short film

Hey guys,

We are making this kind of special effect short films for a while now,but I thought we could use some promotion since we don't have that much views on our videos.We set a target of 1000 views our video has to have until the new one is uploaded,but sometimes it takes more time to reach this target while we already have some videos ready for upload,so that's something we want to change.

Also,I noticed that video quality is pretty bad (or it's maybe just me ) ,do you have some tips for rendering .MOV files so the clips won't lose on quality?
