Does Nikon Have a "Look"?

Many say that the very idea of a camera having a certain look is a false notion, or that any look can be reproduced in post. Fair enough.

For me subjectively, when looking at images created with Nikon cameras, there seems to be a boosted contrast and or/ color depth that stands out in a good way. The rich colors remind me a little of Kodachrome albeit in a subtle and very toned down way.

Granted this can be changed in post. But would you agree that Nikon images are rendered in a way that is brand specific?
