RRS Grip+L. Yes, would buy again. Soliid, feels good in the hand, and really doesn't add much to the bulk IMO.
Been a RRS customer for about last 10 years (ever since a sales guy at B&H recommended them for a camera plate instead of anything he could have sold me). Never a complaint.
