For picture quality alone, yes. Of the three (four, counting the 15/8) pancakes, the 14 focuses the fastest, is the smallest, and the cheapest (well, discounting the 15/8). It also doesn't have a high ISO banding problem (the 20).
I have both the 14 and the 20 on my OMD, but would probably take just the 14 for "walkaround" if forced to choose (wider focal length, and fits better in the pocket attached to the camera), but the 20/1.7 if I was doing people-pictures, or were more creatively oriented/challenged by low light. Of course, either fits into a second pocket / belt filter-pouch, so we have the luxury of owning BOTH and never being without the one or other.
