I don't have a GF3, but I do own the Panasonic G10(same sensor) and just recently got the 14mm. That lens in low light is such a lovely wonder. I would personally keep it, just for that, and personally forgoe the TZ seeing as you have the FZ, which is a faster camera. Sure it's larger, but I think based on the specs it's worth the extra size. Plus, you can for a limited time get the Olympus 40-150mm R(new body) for $100, and with that lens the GF3 would still be fairly light and compact, not to mention better in low light vs the TZ(same aperture range). Plus with the GF3 one could potentially crop better because of the larger sensor & range.
