Hi Peter,
Both of those images are top-notch for quality. I have seen Omega Centauri only twice, both times very low in the sky. 47 Toucani bests any globular in the northern sky. But they are all interesting with different sizes, shapes and brightnesses. Comet Lemmon's color is quite striking. It brings to mind the color of Comet IRAS-Aracki-Alcock, which had a turquoise color.
What is the f-ratio of your reflector? Was it on a tracking mount? Thanks for sharing with us!
