If you are a professional photographer, you charge professional rates. Since you are a freelance photographer not accustomed to shooting professionally, you should charge your cost times two plus a reasonable rate of about $500.

As a professional photographer, I would charge this company $1,750 allowing them a license to use the images for website only. If they are going to be using it in print material such as advertisement/brochures then the fee is $3,000. The images cannot be used for other purposes without my specific approval.
